New Students & iPad Distribution
Your student will receive an iPad Air 2. We are strongly encouraging the purchase of the TUFFSKIN case, composed of an interior plastic frame and a tough silicone rubber skin, offering dual protection. We are now taking preorders for these black cases available for $20 at the iPad meetings. To reserve a case for your student, complete the iPad Case Preorder Form.
You may choose to purchase a different case, but please be aware that many decorative cases do not provide an adequate level of protection, placing your student at a higher risk of breakage and repairs. We recommend choosing from the following:
- Otterbox Defender
- Logi BLOK Protective Keyboard Case
- ZAGG Rugged Case
The case should cover the back of the iPad and have a flap that covers the screen if they do not purchase one that has protection completely around the case.
The dates for the iPad Distribution meetings are listed below. The student and one parent are required to attend. All meetings are at Lutheran North. Note that students should create an Apple ID before attending the meeting.
