Admissions Checklist

List of 5 frequently asked questions.

  • Create an account through OnCampus (Blackbaud)

    You will create your OnCampus credentials during this step which is the online platform used to complete and submit your application.

  • Complete application

    Submit all requested information in the online application. 

  • Request teacher recommendation 

    You will request a recommendation through your checklist in the Parent Portal. This recommendation should be completed by a teacher or school administrator who knows the student/applicant well.

  • Request Pastor/Personal Recommendation 

    You will request a recommendation through your checklist in the Parent Portal. This should be completed by a pastor, coach, or mentor that IS NOT family & knows the student/applicant well. 

  • Request transcripts/ school records 

    You will be responsible for requesting records by providing us with a contact at your student’s current school. You will complete this process in your Parent Portal. We will be requesting the following:
      • Prior 2 years of grades
      • Attendance history
      • Disciplinary history
      • Most recent standardized test scores

  • Submit IEP or 504 Plan Information

    Lutheran North Middle & High School is requesting this information from all students who have had or currently have an IEP or 504 in order to ensure the student’s success as a Crusader. Disclosing or providing this information will not disqualify the student from admission to Lutheran North Middle and High School. We request the following information:
    • Copy of most recent IEP/504 Plan
    • Schedule an Educational Consultation with Educational Consultant 
    • Attend a shadow day with Educational Consultant & Team (optional)

  • Schedule Admissions Interview with Lutheran North Admissions + Administrators

     
    Upon completion of the application, an admissions team member will contact you to schedule an interview. Interviews will last approximately 1 hour and will include the student and parents/guardians.
