Mid-Year Transfer

Mid-year enrollments for both middle and high school students at Lutheran North are considered on a case-by-case basis. We welcome inquiries and encourage prospective families to reach out for more information on how we can accommodate new students and integrate them into our vibrant school community. ALL APPLICANT ADMISSIONS & ENROLLMENT PROCESS

We highly suggest completing the steps below by January 1, 2025 for early action.
  • Create an OnCampus Login (Blackbaud) at lhsastl.myschoolapp.com
  • Complete an application through OnCampus (Blackbaud)
  • Request Pastor/Personal Recommendation 
    • You will have the option to send an email to the recommender through the application. This should be completed by a pastor, coach, or mentor that IS NOT family & knows the student/applicant well. 
    • Please have their contact information handy so that we can reach out and collect the recommendation form.
  • Request School Recommendation
    • You will have the option to send an email to the recommender through the application. This should be completed by a teacher or school administrator who knows the student/applicant well. 
    • Please have their contact information handy so that we can reach out and collect the recommendation form.
  • Student’s Official Complete Academic Record
    • This will be requested by the Lutheran North Admissions Team. We need the following information to move your application forward:
      • Prior 2 years of grades
      • Attendance history
      • Disciplinary history
      • Most recent standardized test scores
  • Schedule Admissions Interview with Lutheran North Admissions + Administrators
    • Upon completion of application, an admissions team member will contact you to schedule an interview. Interviews will last approximately 1 hour and will include the student and parents/guardians.
** If student has/has had an IEP/504**
Lutheran North Middle & High School is requesting this information from all students who have had or currently have an IEP or 504 in order to ensure the student’s success as a Crusader. Disclosing or providing this information will not disqualify the student from admission to Lutheran North Middle and High School
  • Copy of most recent IEP/504 Plan
  • Schedule an Educational Consultation with Educational Consultant 
  • Attend a shadow day with Educational Consultant & Team (optional)
