Part-Time Shuttle Bus Driver
Lutheran North Middle & High School is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Part-Time Shuttle Bus Driver to help transport students to and from designated pickup locations throughout the North St. Louis area.

The Shuttle Bus Driver will provide safe, reliable transportation for students on a scheduled daily route. The route will typically include 4–6 pickup locations in the North St. Louis area before transporting students to school.

Position Overview

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time position
- Approximately 2 hours per school day
- Two-hour daily minimum paid, regardless of whether the route is completed in less than two hour
Additional paid opportunities may be available for:
- School field trips
- Athletic events and sporting events
- Other school transportation needs
- Schedule follows the school calendar
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport students between designated pickup locations and Lutheran North Middle & High School
- Follow the assigned route and transportation schedule
- Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for students
- Conduct appropriate vehicle safety checks
- Follow all school transportation policies and applicable laws and regulations
- Communicate promptly with school staff regarding delays, incidents, or transportation concerns
- Assist with additional transportation needs when available
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and appropriate licensing/endorsements required to operate a school shuttle/bus
- Clean and safe driving record
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work well with middle and high school students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to student safety and confidentiality
- Ability to successfully complete required background checks and school transportation requirements
