| Watch the Sem Games Live |  | The Sem Games were created in 1960 as a day of basketball between Lutheran North and Lutheran South. For many years, the games were played in the field house at Concordia Seminary, which was the home court of the original Lutheran High School. Over the past decade, the Sem Games have been held at both schools and at various college campuses. This year's games will be held at Lutheran South, however, a limited number of spectators are permitted.
Join us virtually for the Sem Games on Saturday, February 6. Since we cannot have an extended group of fans at the games this year, you can cheer the Crusaders on by watching our live broadcasts.

| Alumni News: |  Ronnie Perkins Draft: Oklahoma defensive lineman Ronnie Perkins, LN '18, recently declared for the NFL's 2021 Draft. Perkins was named a 2018 freshman All-American by ESPN and was a Second Team All-Big 12 selection for the 2019 and 2020 seasons. He played in 33 games for the Sooners and recorded 16.5 sacks and 32 tackles for loss in his college career. In 2020, Perkins was named an Academic All-Big 12 Second Team honoree.

 Crusaders Visit: Recent grads from the Class of 2020 stopped by school to talk with current seniors about life in college. They offered advice on everything from choosing a roommate to finding a faith community on campus. They may have had different experiences on their college campuses, but they all agreed that Lutheran North prepared them for the challenges of university life |

 Celebrating LaRico: Hundreds of Crusader alumni celebrated the life of LaRico Martin, LN '07, with a balloon release tribute in January. Rico is remembered as a loving father, dedicated coach, and an outstanding athlete. During his time at Lutheran North, he played football, ran track, and led the basketball team to a state championship in 2005. |
.png) Legal Accolades: Hank Branom, LN ’83, has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America. The special induction ceremony took place virtually.Branom is an Assistant Federal Defender in the Great Falls office of the Federal Defenders of Montana. He is a 1987 graduate of Drury College and a 1990 graduate of the Washington University School of Law. |
 Law Scholarships: Are you studying to become a Civil Rights Lawyer? You could be eligible for one of fifty "Marshall-Motley" scholarships being offered. The NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund launched a $40 million scholarship program to support a new generation of civil rights lawyers, dedicated to pursuing racial justice across the South. | Dr. Brackman Declines Call |  | After much prayer and deliberation, I strongly believe God's call is for me is to remain in St. Louis, serving Lutheran North. I have, therefore, declined a Call to serve as Executive Director of Dallas Lutheran School. I am fully invested in Lutheran North and believe wholeheartedly in our ministry. I will be staying in St. Louis and am very excited about our continued ministry! I know God has a wonderful plan in the works for us. In Christ,
