Steps to manage your tuition

God has graciously given us the responsibility of managing resources to effectively serve our students and families at Lutheran High School North and Lutheran High School South. In our partnership with you, our parents, the Lutheran High School Association (LHSA) strives to provide a variety of tuition payment plans that will be manageable for your family.

1. Download, complete and return the Tuition Payment Contract (for new families only).
  • Complete once for your student entering Lutheran North or Lutheran South.
2. Review Payment plan descriptions:
  • Choose from the options for the frequency of payment.
  • Within each payment plan, you will see the options for how you can make your payment.
3. Select your payment plan by completing the contract in onCampus.

Tuition Payment Plan Options

  • Semester Payments

    Two equal payments due on June 30, 2020 and November 30, 2020.
  • Annual Payments

    Full year tuition can be paid in one payment.  A 3% discount will be applied if full year tuition and fees are received by FACTS by June 30, 2020.
  • Twelve Payments

    Twelve equal payments due on either the 15th or the last day of each month beginning June 2020.  A fee of $35 will be assessed the month prior to the first tuition payment date to setup the payment plan.
  • Payment Plan Information

    Regardless of the payment plan chosen, the first tuition payment is due in June.  If it is not received by FACTS on or before June 30th, the student will be withdrawn from school.  Should the family decide to re-enroll, the late enrollment fee will be assessed.

    If a family chooses the 12-month payment plan, the student may not begin classes until the June and July monthly payments are received.  A $40 late fee will be assessed by FACTS if the full monthly payment is not received on or before the due date.

About Smart Tuition

The Lutheran High School Association partners with the SMART Tuition Management Company to facilitate payment of tuition.

SMART Tuition will allow parents to do “one stop shopping” for additional fees – such as prom tickets, field trip costs, workbooks, fundraising, spirit wear, iPad deductible fees, etc. You can use your bank account, automatic withdrawal, debit or credit cards to make all payments.

In addition, there is an app that can be used on both iPhone and Android platforms to pay any bills due to us from your phone. SMART Tuition has a helpful and experienced customer service staff that is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. They can help answer questions about your account and also take a payment over the phone.
